What to write to us about

Support: if something in GroupVig is not working, or a balance does not look right, tell us what you were doing and which group it happened in. A screenshot helps, and so does the device you are using.

Invites: GroupVig is invite-only while we grow. If you would like to bring your group on board, email hello@groupvig.com and ask for an invite.

Feedback and corrections: ideas, complaints and corrections to anything we have published are all welcome at the same address.

Your data and privacy

If your question is about your data, how it is used or how to delete your account, the privacy policy sets it out, and you can also write to hello@groupvig.com. Please do not send passwords or payment card details by email.
